Please include all supporting documentation required in the regulations.Members must accumulate a minimum of 35 points in the 2013 year (ie., from December 1, 2012 - December 31, 2013) to maintain your registered status for the 2014 membership year.
If you choose not to participate, you will be required
to write a recertification examination at a cost of $400.00.
CEP programme runs from December to December each year.

***Advanced Diploma: Current membership in the CSOT, maintains certification through the continuing education programme with at least eight (8) years full time work experience in a Canadian Hospital and working in the fracture/cast/emergency clinic directly in the care of orthopaedic patients; registered with the CSOT for not less than five years Full Time employment and written verification from your Orthopaedic Surgeon/Emergency Physician as well as your Manager. You must also have attended at least one national CSOT conference to be awarded the diploma.
