In the last issue of Body Cast, Rounds asked: The term CREST is an acronym derived from the five most prominent features. What are they?

This is a dermatological disease. Stick to ortho. C - Calcinosis R - Raynaud's phenomenon E - Esophageal dysfunction S - Sclerodactyly T - Telangiectasia

As above. CREST is a systemic inflammatory rheumatic disease and usually results in more pathologies than the five symptoms above.

As above. You only need two of the five symptoms to be diagnosed with the disease. It is associated with systemic sclerosis.
